AI helpers

What AI does in Tymora: drawings, 3D models from a description, parts from a drawing or photo, and editing the selection.

AI model

In a 3D scene open “AI model”. On the “From description” tab say what you need, for example “a wooden chair with a back”, then choose the style, palette, object height and physics. The AI builds the object from primitives — cubes, spheres, cylinders, revolved and extruded contours — and every part stays an ordinary editable body. It works best for furniture, houses, vehicles, robots, rockets and tableware.

If a matching ready-made object already exists in the catalog it is taken from there at once and no tokens are spent.

Edit the selection

Select bodies and open the “Edit selected” tab: describe the change in words (“make the legs thinner”). The AI returns the updated set of parts.

From a drawing or photo

Upload a drawing or a photo of a part: the AI builds a sketch on a plane and a part from it. Dimension and extension lines with arrows do not turn into geometry, and dimension texts become sketch dimensions. If the scale is unknown, mark the two ends of a known size and enter its value.

Drawings

In a 2D project the AI draws illustrations, layouts and icons, turns a picture into a vector drawing or edits a part of an image.

Limits

AI work spends tokens. The daily limit depends on your plan and the remainder is shown in the dialog. When the limit is used up, everything else in the editor keeps working.
