Group
Several objects that move and behave as one. A group with physics becomes a single compound body.
How to add
Select objects and press Ctrl+G. Ctrl+Shift+G ungroups.
Properties
- Mask
- The bottom layer of the group clips the rest: this is how pictures inside shapes are made.
- Make component
- Turns the group into a master component (see Component).
- Ungroup
- Returns the objects one level up.
- Physics
- The group takes part in simulation as one body.
- Export
- The Export… button saves the group as PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG.
Tips
- Enter goes inside a group, Shift+Enter goes up to the parent.
- Ctrl+click selects an object inside the group without entering it.
